Carolina Goodfellow is Director of Operations and Logistics for Tico Tours and Adventures. Carolina was born in Venezuela and grew up with a passion for art, nature, environmental conservation and a love of travel.
Carolina has traveled throughout the Americas, and in 2002 made Costa Rica her home. Carolina received her Bachelor Degrees in Psychology Studio Art from the University of Northern Iowa, Bachelor of Arts in Eco Tourism from the Universidad Internacional de las Américas (Costa Rica), and a Masters Degree in Environmental Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Monterrey, Costa Rica.
Hobbies include photography with a special interest in nature photography. Carolina and a staff of six in the San Jose office welcomes you to Costa Rica.

Sylvia Sáurez is a native "Tica" with several years of experience in the hospitality sector working in special events, administration and guest services. Sylvia has a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from UCLACIT and is working on her Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing at Costa Rica University.
Sylvia has a love for travel almost as great as her love of Costa Rica. Beyond her extensive knowledge of the landmarks and hot spots of Costa Rica, Sylvia has a special spot in her heart for Barcelona, Spain where she resided for several years.
